Alexander Technique

Class Description

The Alexander Technique is a mind/body method that teaches actors how to release unnecessary stress and tension in themselves, thereby allowing for availability of their most natural and authentic responses in performances and in daily living. Actor’s become familiar with their body, breath and voice to better adapt or embody a characters’ unique expressions.


Cancellation Policy

Registration for classes are non-refundable, unless Selah Theatre Project (STP) cancels the class/workshop. If a cancellation is necessary, you must let STP know 14 days prior to the class/workshop, in which, you will receive a studio credit for the class/workshop amount. Studio credits can be used for any services, events or shows are excluded.
